Most integrations are native and work out of the box, including Braintree, Meta Pixel, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Seats.io reserved seating. Connected integrations (Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Bandsintown, custom scripts) take a minute or two in your dashboard. Zapier and custom setups are handled with our team.

No. Every integration listed on this page is included with your Big Tickets account. There are no add-on fees for payment methods, analytics, Bandsintown, Zapier, or the API.

Braintree is our default gateway because it covers cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Pay Later in a single integration. We also support Stripe and Authorize.net for organizers with existing merchant accounts. Talk to us during onboarding to configure your preferred gateway.

Tell us. Our team regularly builds custom connections for organizers working with specific CRMs, access-control hardware, reporting tools, or internal systems. If it’s a common ask, we may already support it through Zapier, webhooks, or the API. If it’s genuinely custom, we’ll scope it with you.
